A surcharge of $500 will apply to lawn events that include a tent 25x25 or larger.

Optional Fees

  • Lowering the side panels on Marble Hall (must be completed by Conservancy staff): $250
  • Extra staff for evening/weekend Overlook events to open the restrooms in the administration building: $50 per hour

Lakeshore Park is an ideal location for various events, including weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, and other special occasions. We offer multiple venues like Marble Hall, the HGTV Overlook, and various pavilions.

Yes, we have specific guidelines to maintain the park’s beauty and safety. Prohibited items include balloons, non-biodegradable confetti, spray paint, grills/open flames (except at designated pavilions), inflatables/bounce houses, and live animals (except domesticated pets).
