Marble Hall is a 3,000-square-foot covered, semi-enclosed pavilion with front and side terraces, restrooms, and a stage. The main hall is approximately 1,800 square feet, which opens onto front and side terraces. There are landscaped planting beds and landscaped parking lots adjacent to the hall.
This facility has power, lighting, fans, private restrooms, and two dedicated parking lots with 64 spaces.
The HGTV Overlook is a 500-foot esplanade with a marble central plaza offering spectacular views of the park, river, and mountains.
The Marble Pavilion is a 26 x 34-foot open pavilion on a 60 x 80-foot terrace. The pavilion has lighting as well as electrical outlets and access to water. The pavilion also comes with the use of six 48-inch square tables and 24 chairs.
The pavilion at the Tower Playground offers a great spot for birthday parties or any type of gathering. The pavilion has lights, fans, four picnic tables and adjacent parking.
The TVA Pavilion is adjacent to the upper baseball fields with close proximity to the Hank Rappé playground and parking. The pavilion has restrooms and ten large moveable picnic tables.
The Rustic Pavilion is a covered picnic area behind the baseball fields at the end of the large oblong parking lot for the walking trails and Marble Pavilion. Just a short walk to the Hank Rappé playground and restrooms, it has four picnic tables, charcoal grills, and access to power and water.
The Central Pavilion is adjacent to the outdoor fitness center, soccer fields and small playground. The pavilion has restrooms and four large picnic tables. (Will be available late summer 2024)
The main events lawn is a two-acre Bermuda grass field offering a beautiful landscape for a tented or simple lawn event. Available for daily rentals only.
The Riverview Shelter is a covered picnic area behind the baseball fields near the river with four stationary picnic tables. There are several other uncovered outdoor picnic tables dotting the adjacent hillside.
This facility cannot be accessed directly from a paved trail and is available for drop-in use only.

Scheduled use of all facilities is subject to availability, insurance requirements, and execution of a Facilities Use Agreement. The rates listed are indicative only and do not constitute an offer. Rates are subject to change without notice prior to execution of a Facilities Use Agreement.
Special rules are applicable to the service of alcohol at events. No use of alcohol is permitted without an executed Facilities Use Agreement and Alcohol Rider. Event insurance ($2,000,000 per occurrence/$3,000,000 aggregate) with an alcohol rider is required, as well as a caterer with an off-premises license or a licensed bartender.
