Lunch & Learn: Walking Tour

Explore the unique landscape of the Lin Christenberry Marsh Garden with a guided tour led by Leah Gardner and Joan Monaco of Gardner Monaco Design, who has spearheaded this project. This lunch and learn will include a boxed salad lunch from Ham'N Goodys (complete with cookie!), presentation from Gardner Monaco Design, and a guided tour of the Marsh Garden. This event is perfect for Park lovers as well as those interested in learning about native plants. Proceeds from this event contribute to the daily maintenance of Lakeshore Park.

Paint & Sip Watercolor Class

Learn to paint beautiful spring blooms in this fun watercolor workshop with local artist Jenny Parkhurst. Attendees will receive guided instruction, wine & snacks, and leave with an original, framed 5 x7 floral. Tickets are limited, so purchase today to reserve your place.

Mahjong in the Garden: Introduction to Mahjong Class

Join us for a beginner Mahjong class to learn all the basics from tile names to game rules. Whether you're new to the game or just want to brush up your skills, this class with Knox Tiles is the perfect way to get started. Ticket price includes, wine & snacks, and prizes for the winners. The Lakeshore Park Picnic

Save the Date! The Lakeshore Park Picnic returns June 13th. The goal of the picnic is to raise funds and awareness, but there is no confusing it with a black-tie gala. It just feels like dinner al fresco with friends on a warm summer night in East Tennessee. Online basket and ticket sales open May 15th. Stay tuned for this year’s restaurant lineup!
