One Nation Spin & Sculpt Popup

Join us for our first Outdoor Cycling Pop Up Event at Lakeshore Park on August 20th at 3 pm with Rebecca and 4:15 pm with Meagan. They will host two 45 minute cycling classes at the Marble Pavilion for a full-body, sweaty, fun workout! We will be joined by a variety of vendors for shopping after class.
Tickets include a goody bag filled with products from Celsius, Saps, cookies by One Little Heart Cookie Co. and more!
Trucker Hats will be available to purchase with your ticket for $15 or day of for $20. (We are wearing these all day, every day)
If you own SPD cycling shoes, please bring those. If you don’t own SPD cycling shoes, please fill out the order form with your shoe size.
Please bring your own towel and water.
